Nuria Yáñez Bouza

Breve CV

Nuria Yáñez Bouza is tenured Senior Lecturer (Profesora Titular de Universidade) in the Department of Filoloxía Inglesa, Francesa e Alemá at the University of Vigo. She is also Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Manchester, UK. Prior to this, she held a two-year Senior Research Fellowship as “Investigadora Distinguida” (2017-2019) and a five-year Senior Research Fellowship “Ramón y Cajal” (2012-2017). She is/has been PI of various research projects such as ‘Unlocking the Mary Hamilton Papers’ (in collaboration with Manchester and York), ARCHER 3.2 (coordination with Manchester), Eighteenth-Century English Grammars Database (Manchester), Eighteenth-Century English Phonology Database (in collaboration with Sheffield), and The Art of Writing English: A Corpus of Schoolchildren’s Writings (APU) (in collaboration with Liverpool).
