My BA thesis was entitled “The Evolution of Agent Prepositions in Passive Structures: A Corpus-Based Study”. In 2021, I was also awarded a Beca de Colaboración (Collaboration Scholarship) by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Vocational Training to conduct research on variation in English at the Department of English, French and German Philology of the University of Oviedo under the supervision of Paula Rodríguez Puente. I also completed an MA in Teacher Training at the University of Oviedo (2022) with a dissertation on the pedagogical applications of film and theatre in the teaching of English as Foreign Language to Spanish secondary school students.
